2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that G.O.(1D)No.668, Public (Foreigners-II) Department, dated 24.12.2025 has been issued directing the petitioner to stay in the Trichy Camp and he has also produced a copy of the said GO. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
