This writ petition stands disposed of at the time of admission in the light of the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 that the petitioner's representation, dated 17.02.2022 will be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after considering the order of the Court in C.R.P.(NPD).(MD).No.1697 of 2014, dated 16.12.2021. It is needless to state that before taking any adverse action against any one of the persons, who are in occupation of the temple, notice shall be issued to them. No costs.
