With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner aggrieved by the lesser extent reflected in the patta, has given a representation on 26.02.2025 to correct the mistake. The said representation is now sought to be disposed of by way of present writ petition.

3. Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate would contend that the fourth respondent would be the competent authority to address the grievance of the writ petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
