ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Majith, aged 2-1/2 years, son of the petitioner and third respondent.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Bodinaickanur Police Station has produced the third respondent along with detenu.

4. Since the petitioner is not present and however, the petitioner can seek her remedy through proper forum, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be disposed of.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of on the basis of the observation made earlier.
