ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1011 of 2025, dated 31.01.2025.

2. Mr. S.Vidya Sagar learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that it is very difficult for the petitioner to appear before the V Additional District Judge, Madurai daily at 10.30 am until further orders and hence, he prays for relaxation of 1/3

the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition only from 03.02.2025.

4. Considering the nature of offence alleged and also considering the period of compliance, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1011 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the V Additional District Judge, Madurai weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
