..Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in P.D.No.87/2014, dated 29.12.2014 and quash the same as illegal and produce the detenu, namely Vanniyaraj, Son of Vijayaraj Nadar, aged about 44 years, now he is confined in Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith and pass such further or other orders.
