ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner's daughter, viz., Sangeetha, aged about 17 years, has been illegally detained by the respondents 3 to 12.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the petitioner was present. He submitted to this Court that his daughter has returned and now, she is in his custody. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement, therefore, not pressing this petition, as it has become infructuous. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
