ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.123 of 2021 dated 10.03.2021 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.123 of 2021, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
