*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Rubanand, S/o.Manoharan, aged 20 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, the second respondent police produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that on account of some misunderstandings between him and his father, he left the parental home and went to Thiruppur in search of employment. He further informed that at present, he is working as Checking Supervisor in a private company, known as "KINSEY KIN ITT International Company" at Thiruppur. go with his father.
