ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein is shown as sole accused in Crime No. 112 of 2020. The allegations against him is that he on mid night of 25.05.2020 entered into the house of the defacto complainant and tried to molest her modesty, knowing that her husband is not in town.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint is a belated and motived one.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has come forward with the said complaint having been threatened by the petitioner with dire consequences.
