Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-4. To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by 2nd respondent Director of Collegiate Education in Na.Ka.No.32954/g4/2019 dated 13.01.2020, quash the same and further direct the respondents 1-3 herein to approve forthwith the appointment of petitioner as Assistant Professor in Department of Hindi from 03.01.2006 to 31.05.2013 in the 4th respondent college namely, Fatima College and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary and allowances for the said period.
