2. Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karambakudi, and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.80 of 2024.
