This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.10206 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.794 of 2024, dated 27.09.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m, pending appeal. 1/3
