ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. On 08.04.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. On that day, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner may be directed to cooperate with the enquiry. By recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the matter was adjourned to 23.04.2021.

3. On 23.04.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner was present. By an interim order, this Court has directed the petitioner to cooperate with the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in CSR No.92 of 2021. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 23.06.2021.
