ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8164 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.537 of 2024 dated 27.06.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Natham Police Station, Dindigul District, twice in a month (i.e. on the 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8164 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.537 of 2024 dated 27.06.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear 2/4

before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal and on further condition that the petitioner shall not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the victim child and her family members.
