The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.266 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after conducting trial, the criminal case was ended in acquittal by judgment dated 28.12.2017.

3. In the above circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
