ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 449, 302 and 380 of I.P.C. in Crime No.16 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.In this case, there are two accused. The other accused viz., Rajasekar is almost having thirty cases to his credit. This is a case of murder for gain. Identification parade was conducted on 30th May 2018. The petitioner was also identified. 3.Taking note of the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that it is the case of murder for gain, this Court finds no reason to grant bail.
