protection from the third respondent police within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct survey to be conducted based on her application dated 07.02.2025. The petitioner has also given follow up representation on 08.02.2025. The petitioner also seeks for the assistance of the third respondent police officials stating that he and his neighbours are not in good terms, rather they are in inimical terms. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents have considered the petitioner's application and fixed the date for survey on 17.03.2025, on which date, survey would be proceeded.

3.In the event of the first respondent requiring any police protection, he shall intimate the third respondent regarding the said requirement, who shall ensure availability of necessary police force 2/5

for protecting the authorities and to enable them to conduct peaceful survey on 17.03.2025. The petitioner shall also cooperate with the authorities.
