The petitioner has sought for survey of his lands based on patta No.1112 granted by the Tahsildar, Koththangulam. The Petitioner has made an application for Survey on 06.02.2025 and followed it up with a representation on 12.02.2025 to the first respondent. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 06.02.2025 and representation dated 12.02.2025, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order. The survey shall be conducted after issuing notice to any interested parties. In the event of the first respondent apprehending any breach of law and order, it is open to the first respondent to seek assistance of the third respondent.
