Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" i.e., cross massage in the name and style of M/s.Rainbow Ayurvedic Center at No.7/8, 2nd Floor, Jishnu Plaza, (Opp. To Santhi Mess), Kutharisika Street, (Near Thaila Silks), Karur-639 001 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2020. ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" i.e., cross massage in the name and style of M/s.Rainbow Ayurvedic Center at No.7/8, 2nd Floor, Jishnu Plaza, (Opp. To Santhi Mess), Kutharisika Street, (Near Thaila Silks), Karur-639 001 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2020.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no such representation was received by the authorities. Even though, such a claim has been made by the petitioner in this petition, no document has been produced by the petitioner to show that his representation was received by the authorities. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, a direction is issued to the petitioner to give a fresh representation in a prescribed form, which is available in the office of the second respondent, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such specific form being filed by the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the same as per the circular issued by the Government.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
