Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent is going to withdraw the HMOP.No1364 of 2022 that was filed by him before the Family Court, Madurai and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in 1/3

this petition and he has also filed an affidavit to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as un-necessary. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
