This Review Application has been filed by the petitioner to review the Judgment and Decree dated 14.12.2021 in CMA(MD).No.807 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the trial Court has ordered for "pay and recovery" and the same was not incorporated in the CMA order. Hence, it has to be incorporated. 3.There is no representation on the side of respondent. 4.Hence, the petitioner/Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation at the first instance and to recover the compensation, from the third respondent, by following due process of law. 5.Registry is directed to amend the order and issue a fresh copy to the review petitioner.

6.With the above directions, this Review Application stands disposed of. No costs.
