ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 24.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i), 4(1)(A) TNP Act and 468, 471 IPC in Crime No.686 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others prepared duplicate labels of Mac Dewell and affixed the same in some other liquor bottle and sold.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 26/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
