This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case as per the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.05.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 21.05.2018 before the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the complaint was received by the second respondent only on 02.06.2018 and in the said complaint, enquiry is pending. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
