ORDER

This petition has filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, Tirunelveli District to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.214 of 2016, within a time limit.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case in C.C.No.214 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, Tirunelveli District, has been adjourned periodically. Hence, he prays for a direction to expedite the trial and disposal of the case within a time frame.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, Tirunelveli District, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.214 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.
