Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in D.O. No.514/2011 C.No.F1/PR.No.31/2009 dated 23.06.2011 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in the post of Head Constable and allow him to retire with consequential benefits including the super-annuation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ benefits and pension to the petitioner with effect from 30.06.2012 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
