Seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report and charge sheet in Crime No. 8 of 2015 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that investigation is going on and after completion of the same, final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the above the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to to complete the investigation and to file final report as expeditiously as possible.
