This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation to secure the accused and to file a final report in Crime No.88 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The petitioner has given a complaint about the missing suit case with particulars. The petitioner has stated that though some useful informations were collected regarding the persons who is involved in the offence, there was no progress further.
3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the complaint, after enquiry was closed, as missing article could not be traced. He would further state that notice about the information of the closure is served on the petitioner.
4. In the circumstances, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek remedy as it is available to him in law.
