The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the 10th respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A.

(MD)No.1011 of 2024.

2. No representation for the respondents 6 to 8.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the 9th respondent. Records perused.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the 10th respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, having wide circulation in Sivagangai District, indicating the next date of hearing as 09.06.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 27.05.2026.

5. Post the matter on 09.06.2026.
