2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Records perused.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the first respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Thanjavur Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 24.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 15.04.2026.

4. Post the matter on 24.04.2026.
