This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case against the respondents 3 to 5, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that both the parties have appeared for enquiry and made a submission that they have compromised the dispute between themselves. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner also made a representation dated 20.09.2016 stating that there is no need to take further action on her complaint. Thereafter the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
