2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/petitioner submits that in pursuant to the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and a request has been made seeking leave to approach the respondent corporation. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication, with liberty to the appellant/petitioner to approach the respondent corporation, if so, advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
