It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint given by one Chandrasekar against the petitioners, petition enquiry has been conducted and the case has been registered against the petitioners in Cr.No.522 of 2016 on 09.09.2016 for the offences under Sections 420 and 467 of IPC. If at all the presence of the petitioners are required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. 5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
