ORDER

The petitioners approach this Court with a prayer to set aside the order dated 19.05.2016 passed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.158 of 2016 in Crime No.110 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that vide order dated 13.03.2017 in Cr.M.P.No.740 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, conditions for granting bail to the petitioners have been totally relaxed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition in the light of the said development and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
