ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation, dated 28.02.2022 and on the proceedings in C.No.R3/69/7877/2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the enquiry is pending in current paper.
