Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned the Auction Notice vide Proceedings Na.Ka.No.45/2022/A1, Dated 28.03.2022, issued by the respondent and the consequent demand notice Vide Proceedings Na.Ka.No.15/2019/A1, dated 30.03.2022, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to further renew the lease period for the period of another two years based on the representation, dated 31.03.2022, submitted by the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned Auction Notice vide Proceedings Na.Ka.No.45/2022/A1, Dated 28.03.2022, issued by the respondent and the consequent demand notice Vide Proceedings Na.Ka.No.15/2019/A1, dated 30.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed before this Court an order, dated 05.04.2022, passed by the respondent cancelling the auction notice as well as the demand notice, which is the subject matter of this writ petition. 3.Since the auction notice as well as the demand notice, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, has been cancelled by the respondent by order, dated 05.04.2022, no further order is required in this writ petition.
