ORDER
The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner at the time of measuring the petitioner's land based on his representation dated 29.12.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.
3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in the event of the Revenue Officials coming to the disputed land for survey and measurement of the land, the fourth respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
likely to obstruct and therefore, prays for police protection so as to enable the Revenue Officials to survey and measure the land.

This Court on a perusal of the representation/complaint dated 29.12.2016 given by the petitioner, is of the considered view that the third respondent is yet to take steps for the purpose of survey and measuring the land and as and when the said official act is being done and in the event of obstruction, it is always open to the concerned Revenue Officials to lodge a complaint before the jurisdictional police and on receipt of the same, the jurisdictional police shall take action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed subject to the above said observation.
