ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner challenges the impugned notice dated 26.02.2024 issued by the Block Development Officer, Vembakkottai calling upon the the petitioner's husband / Ayyanar to vacate the allotted house in Samathuvapuram, Keezhamarainadu Panchayat.
3.It is seen that the said order was passed pursuant to a direction given by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1557 of 2011 on 10.01.2014. When the impugned order is pursuant to a judicial order, it is not open to us to interfere with the same so long as the judicial order is holding good. It is seen that the writ petitioner's husband / Ayyanar was very much a party to the said writ proceedings. Unless the order dated 10.01.2014 is set aside or varied, it is not possible for us to grant any relief to the petitioner herein.

4.Considering the special facts and circumstances of this case, we permit the petitioner to file a third party appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is for the petitioner to obtain relief before the Hon'ble Division Bench. We direct the official respondents to keep the impugned proceedings in abeyance for a period of three months.
