ORDER
As per the direction dated 27.03.2025, the third respondent has issued a cheque in the name of the writ petitioner for a sum of Rs. 8,40,872/-.
2.Mr.A.Kannan states that though the amount payable is Rs. 9,10,000/- as claimed by the petitioner, after statutory deductions, the liability of the respondents towards the petitioner is fixed at the aforesaid amount. The cheque is drawn in Indian Bank, Neerpalani Branch in Cheque No.145271 dated 14.04.2025.
3.Mr.T.Wins has received the cheque.
