ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Prabhavathi aged 18 years, alleged wife of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Thondi Police Station, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
