Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the detenu namely J.Udhaya Prakash, aged 13 years, the son of the petitioner herein before this Court and handover him custody to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name J.Udhaya Prakash, aged 13 years, son of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Vembakottai Police Station has produced the detenu and he has been identified by his father/petitioner and he also expressed his willingness to go with his father.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.
