Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation relating to the case in Crime Nos.355 of 2015 and 356 of 2015 on the file of the respondent No.4 to the respondent No.3 or S.P.C.I.D. Within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation relating to the case in Crime Nos.355 of 2015 and 356 of 2015 on the file of the respondent No.4 to the respondent No.3 or S.P.C.I.D within the time stipulated by the court., the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.355 of 2016 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Trichy. As reagards Crime No.356 of 2016 is concerned, two accused are absconding and investigation is not yet completed.

3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to transfer the case since the police are proceeding with the investigation in right lines. Hence, this petition is closed.
