ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 379,353 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.78 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have involved in transportation of river sand illegally without valid license.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the property which was possessed by the petitioners and the same was recovered. He would further submit that first petitioner is having two previous cases and the second and third petitioners are not having any previous case. He would further submit that no one is injured in this case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
taking note of the fact that no one is injured in this case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
