This petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the crime is of the year 2013 in C.C.No.9 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thirunelveli.
