ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him with regard to misappropriation of Rs.24,00,000/- and 8 sovereings of gold jewels and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. petitioners are required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
