ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.871 of 2024 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.871 of 2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
