ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Aiswarya aged 25 years, alleged wife of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

4. It is seen from the records that the third respondent is the father of the detenu. The detenu has been enquired and stated that she is living with her father/third respondent.
5. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
6. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
