The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the second appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.31 of 2018 dated 03.08.2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thanjavur, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.135 of 2011 dated 23.02.2018 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thanjavur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the second appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
