ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his grandsons for their life and limb and the property in Old S.No.63/1, New S.No.269/31, Patta No.524 and Old S.No.63/1, New S.No.269/17 for a total extent of 1905 sq.feet of house and house site situated at Kovil Pappakudi Village, Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 05.08.2021.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after the decree was passed in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner is not able to enjoy the subject property from the hands of the respondents 4 to 9 herein. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for execution of the decree obtained in his favour.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
