RESPONDENT/RESONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed in CC.No.4/2010 dated 28.11.2017 on the file of the Honourable II Additional District Court for CBI Cases, Madurai release the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.(MD).No.7/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VIJAY EMMANUEL MUTHIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases for the respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned District Judge, II Additional District Court for CBI Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.4 of 2010 dated 28.11.2017 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioner could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge, II Additional District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court for CBI Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner should report before the said Magistrate, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
